Drop Everything and Read - D.E.A.R.
We just love books and we had great fun when we stopped everything and just read for enjoyment.
Our Science Fair was a great success with lots of parents visiting our busy exploring groups.
SEACHTAIN NA GAEILGE
We had great fun dressing up in green, white or orange and we enjoyed making lovely St. Patrick's Day art.

We had great fun on Thursday, 22nd February when we planted some onions in our vegetable bed. We can't wait to see them sprout!

MORNING ACTIVITIES IN INFANTS
GRANDPARENTS' DAY
We were so excited when our Grandparents came to visit us. We made them lovely cards. Their names are all recorded on the Tree of Hope in the hall. Some of us had to "adopt" a granny because ours couldn't come. Have a look at some more lovely photos of Grandparents' Day under the Special Events tab.
LOVELY ART WORK TO CHEER US UP
We have been busy making beautiful clown pictures and St. Brigid's crosses.
FUN WITH SOUNDS
The children in Junior and Senior Infants enjoyed colouring and cutting pictures and identifying the initial sounds.
What lovely Advent wreaths the children made. My goodness those Santa boots look amazing. We love the Reindeers the children made. What do you think of the fantastic reindeer donated by Mr. Cunney and handmade by him - isn't it wonderful. The lovely Christmas tree was donated by Killakee Christmas tree farm - the Morton family.
Ms Wallnutt's class had great fun making rockets during Space Week. For Hallowe'en they really enjoyed creating bats and witches.
